The Shalimar Motel is a historic mid-century modern motel designed by Edwin Reeder in 1955 and one of the most significant structures in Miami's historic MiMo district. 6200 Biscayne LLC is proud to be part of the renovation of the MiMo district.
We are pleased to announce that the Historic and Environmental Preservation Board of Miami has approved the hotel concept designed by John Berg Architects.
